About Naomi

I am a Senior Social Worker with 20+ years of counselling experience. I am fully Accredited with the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers). I provide therapy for both children and adults. All my sessions are client led and client focused which means you choose the issues that you want to discuss with me and have control over the therapy process.

Naomi has chosen to specialise in providing services to those in regional and remote Australia because she believes all Australians should have access to support regardless of their location.

I offer services both to private clients who pay for their sessions personally and for clients on the NDIS where I can invoice their plan managers their session fees.

I use a lot of art and music in the therapy that I offer. The creative process of art allows clients a way to voice thoughts and feelings that they may struggle to voice verbally. This can include painting, clay, play dough, sketching, craft kits and more depending on the clients’ areas of interest. Music can be used to help with emotional regulation, body awareness as well as song writing to express feelings and to reflect on life experiences. Children can also engage in play-based therapy where life skills are taught through play scenarios.

Naomi also offers shared art therapy for strengthening relationships. This could be for a couple, a parent and child/step-child or siblings.
Naomi is able to offer face to face appointments at the Geraldton office or video link appointments across Australia.
Naomi also offers home visits and school visits to people in Geraldton.
Naomi is able to make home visits to those living in the wider Mid-West region of Western Australia.
